Eligibility
If you find any problem with your article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags still attached. Failing this, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request and send the product back to the customer.
Promotions & Discounts
- For promotions such as “Buy Any 2 at ₹3,899” or “Buy Any 3 at ₹4,899”, refunds are applicable only if all items from the offer are returned together. Partial returns under such offers are not eligible for refunds.
- All discounted articles from the old collection are considered part of the Clearance Sale and are subject to the Clearance Sale policy.
- Items purchased under the promotional offers “Buy Any 2 at ₹2,799” and “Buy Any 3 at ₹3,899” are classified as Clearance Sale items. Therefore, they are not eligible for returns or refunds. However, customers may request a one-time size exchange, subject to product availability. No exchanges will be provided for reasons other than size-related issues.
- Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All such sales are final. Returns will only be considered in case the product is received in a damaged condition, and an unboxing video is mandatory as proof to initiate the return.

- First Exchange: FREE

- The courier partner will attempt pickup twice.
- If the pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts, the customer will need to ship the product back to our warehouse address at their own cost.
- Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your pin-code.
