Return & Exchange Policy – CRUG

At CRUG, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility

If you find any problem with your article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all tags still attached. Failing this, we reserve the right to reject the return or exchange request and send the product back to the customer.

Promotions & Discounts

  • For promotions such as “Buy Any 2 at ₹3,899” or “Buy Any 3 at ₹4,899”, refunds are applicable only if all items from the offer are returned together. Partial returns under such offers are not eligible for refunds.

  • Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. Items purchased using discount codes can still be returned or exchanged as per the standard return policy.

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. All such sales are final. Returns will only be considered in case the product is received in a damaged condition, and an unboxing video is mandatory as proof to initiate the return.

Return & Exchange Charges

  • Return Processing Fee: ₹150 will be charged for all returns.

  • First Exchange: FREE

  • Second Exchange: ₹200 will be charged

These charges help cover logistics and handling costs.

Pickup Attempts & Reverse Pickup

  • The courier partner will attempt pickup twice.

  • If the pickup is unsuccessful after two attempts, the customer will need to ship the product back to our warehouse address at their own cost.

  • Reverse pickup is subject to service availability at your pin-code.

  2. Enter your Order ID and registered email address.

  3. Access your order details and submit your return or exchange request.
