Return or Exchange Policy

At CRUG, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer hassle-free returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your item(s).

Eligibility:

If you find any problems with your article or are unsatisfied for any reason, you can return or exchange the article up to 15 days from the date of purchase.

We will only accept articles that are returned in their original packaging, are unused, unwashed and undamaged with all tags still attached. Otherwise we may not accept the returns and send it back to the customer.

For promotions such as 'Buy Any 2 at 3,490' or 'Buy Any 3 at 4,490', refunds are only applicable if all items from the offer are returned together. No refunds will be processed for partial returns

Using discount codes does not make an item a final sale. The items can still be returned in accordance to it being a full priced or discounted product originally.

Clearance sale items are not eligible for return. All such sales are final. Returns will only be considered in cases where the item is received in a damaged condition, and a video recording of the unboxing is required as proof to initiate the return process.

Please note that a return processing fee of ₹150 will be deducted for all returns. This charge helps cover logistics and handling costs associated with the return process.

Please note : The pick-up be will attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to

pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the

company address. Reverse Pick up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.
